I haven't used teeth whitening products in years. They have gotten more advanced and affordable. Last time I used a more complicated system my teeth whitened unevenly. I bought this to both try and even out and refresh the whiteness.

These were easy to use. Dry your teeth first with a washcloth/papertowel/tissue, so it's easier to stick to your teeth. Saliva makes it harder to stick. The first time seems kind of difficult but it's a quick learning process and by the 2nd time you will have it down. After I did a few full teeth whitenings, I focused on the few solo teeth that weren't as white as the rest from whitening products years ago. I just cut the strips to fit the two teeth and it helped them mostly catch up to the rest of my teeth. I forgot to use the product for a handful of days so I still need to finish them.

These do not cover all your teeth, just your front 8 teeth top and botton, depending on the size of your teeth.

Wearing the strips and taking them off is easy enough. It's a thick sticky gel/feeling after removing strips but there is no harsh or weird flavor/taste. I just rinse off the gel. All in all I'm quite pleased with the product.

I also have bonding so I can't use whitening treatments at the dentist office (and they are still expensive) and I have to be careful not to use this product on all my teeth every day (from my understanding it does not whiten bonding). It worked for what I needed it to do though. I recommend.
