GuruNanda Teeth Whitening Strips

Noticeably whitening in just a few days without painful sensitivity. The strips are very pleasant tasting without any "goo" like I have experienced with other harsher brands.
They are also easy to apply and stay in place. They do not slide off. I do want to mention that anything I have ordered from GuruNanda is always over and above expectations. Our family are loyal customers of this brand for over the past five years. Thier toothpaste and mouth rinse have really made the difference at the dentist office. Now we can add the whitening strips to the list of products we love.
Just for reference, 63 year old teeth. : )

Usually I do a pros/cons list, but I only have good things to say about this product with a few caveats.
Pros:
1. It actually works and works pretty fast comparatively to other products. I have tried teeth whitening toothpaste and a few other methods of whitening my teeth over the years with success only coming from Nu Skins' AP 24 Whitening Fluoride Toothpaste. That however required a month or more of constant brushing and a bottle of it is $25.00. That being said, within my first day, I felt like I could see results. By day 5, I knew for a fact things had gotten better for me.

2. It's easy to use. Dry off your teeth, slap this on them, it does all the work. Wait a hour and take it off. Easy as pie.

3. I noticed a little sensitivity after a week's use, but it wasn't anything bad at all and went away fairly quickly.

Caveat: The instructions say you can drink water while using this. I did so and it gave me a somewhat upset stomach. In fact, swallowing my saliva while using this made my stomach upset. Perhaps I have a weak stomach? I don't know. I just stopped swallowing while using this and haven't had any issues since.

Last note: I saw a review saying this didn't permanently keep their teeth white. While there are longer lasting solutions out there than this, considering the cost per results, I think this is a decent deal. For my needs, I brightened up my teeth initially using this daily. However, to maintain them now, I just use one a week. Something to consider.

Simple and easy to use. After 5 or 6 uses , I already noticed a good difference in the white shade of my teeth. No longer yellowish and getting better. I still have 10 treatments to go. I also don't notice any irritation in the gums after using them.

Have started using these, and so far I have no problems. They do not cause irritation, and they seem to have started to work a little. The price for these is a great deal compared to what I would pay locally.

What I love most is that there's no sensitivity at all. I've tried other teeth whitener before that made my teeth feel uncomfortable, but these are gentle yet effective. After just a few applications, I noticed my teeth looking brighter. By day 7, my husband even asked if I'd gotten them professionally whitened!
The white strips stick well and don't drip or feel slimy. They're practically invisible once on, so I can even wear them while making breakfast or tidying up around the house. Each pack comes with plenty of treatments, making it such good value compared to in-office whitening.

I think expecting a massive difference from something gentle is unrealistic. Using the shade guide, I basically went up 1 level in whitening after 14 days of using the strips. (Tip: cut the strips horizontally in half to double your quantity). I blotted my teeth beforehand, so adhesion wasn't an issue. And I kept the strips on for an hour each time. I'm not too disappointed because there has been an improvement it how white my teeth are and it was affordable. Plus my teeth and gums don't feel compromised due to using the strips. I'd for sure use these again.

For anyone that says their teeth didn't stay whiter for too long, they're probably forgetting that your teeth become more porous after whitening. You need to be mindful of what drinks you're consuming, and maybe use a straw in the meantime for drinks that could stain your teeth further.

I’m very happy with these whitening strips. They are easy to use and stay in place well while wearing them. After using them for a few days, I started to notice my teeth looking brighter and cleaner. They didn’t cause sensitivity for me, which was a big plus. The kit is simple and effective, and the results are great for the price. I would definitely buy them again.

First time using it!! I would say it worked pretty well! I'm a big coffee drinker and even if it helped a little makes me happy!

Not permanent results but if u have a event great for here and there uses or add it to ur routine for teeth whitening
