PHILIPS L’OR Barista Capsule Coffee Machine

Things I liked: Fast heat up time. Fairly quiet for a automatic espresso machine. The coffee capsules are a hit! The flavor is top notch.
Areas for improvement: There is nothing I dislike. I would like to see more companies begin to make the coffee capsules. That would be cool. I would like to see the recycling bag sent automatically on a large order - saving postage.

I’ll make this as short and sweet as I can. I have owned kuerigs, regular coffee machines and other pod disasterpieces. Here’s why I think you should switch to the LO’R machine.
-It looks fancy
-It’s easy to refill and clean the machine
-Hands down without a doubt it makes the best tasting coffee.
-It’s name is fancy so you sound like some coffee connoisseur when you tell friends you have a LO’R machine.

Anyways, I’m super happy with my purchase. Ordering new pods is easy too. 10/10 would recommend.

I love the crema of nice single serve machines but I'm also a cheapskate. After our family abandoned our excessively pricey Nespresso machine, I found the L'Or on a Black Friday promotion. My brother-in-law and I put coffee machines through a lot of abuse, and the L'Or is no exception. We have used it every day at least twice each since getting it (about 70 cups of coffee worth.) The product tastes great, the machine is easy to use, and it is pretty quiet with little warm up time. And the capsules cost less than 1/3 that of our oval Nespresso machine. My only very minor critique is so far we are not able to buy Le Tigre dark roast in large packs by itself. BIL and I don't like buying mixed capsule packs. But that's no big deal. They are still affordable and this machine also accepts regular Nespresso pods if you want more variety.

The quality of the coffee and espresso far surpasses any other countertop machine I've ever used and easily rivals that of the ridiculously priced boutique coffeeshops . Each cup is brewed piping hot and has a delightful and rich flavor, topped with a layer of crema that any coffee aficionado will appreciate. The Barista makes clean up a breeze, automatically ejecting used capsules into a storage compartment. L'OR even makes their own coffee/espresso pods which came free with my machine and are all fantastic. This machine has and does everything you could ever want from a countertop coffee machine, and using it is the best way to start each morning. Safe to say I won't be going back to my old Keurig anytime soon, thanks L'OR for making such an amazing product!!
